Terms of Service.
Effective Date: 5/29/2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services, software, bots, or scripts provided by Belmont Software ("we", "us", or "our") at belmontsoftware.org (the "Site"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not accept these Terms and may not use the services.
2. License & Usage
Our software, including but not limited to Discord Bots, FiveM standalone scripts, and proprietary backend architectures, are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase or authorization, Belmont Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the software.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble obfuscated or compiled software.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to the software with third parties without express written consent.
- Licenses are strictly tied to the designated server IP, Discord guild, or authorized account provided during purchase.
Any circumvention of digital rights management (DRM) or escrow systems will result in immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban from our services.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights therein (such as copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents), are and will remain the exclusive property of Belmont Software.
Feedback, suggestions, or bug reports provided by you become the property of Belmont Software, and we reserve the right to utilize this information to improve our services without any obligation to you.
4. Refunds & Disputes
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods and source code, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to the software has been granted.
If you encounter a fatal defect in our software that prevents its intended use, you must open a support ticket within 14 days of purchase. If our engineering team cannot resolve the defect, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BELMONT SOFTWARE, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Belmont Software is not responsible for server downtime, data corruption, or economic losses resulting from the installation or usage of our software. You assume full responsibility for testing software in a staging environment prior to production deployment.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease.
